I like the fact that because my room was not ready when I arrived, they automatically upgraded me to a suite. This showed a lot of class on their part. Also the people at the front desk were very friendly.

Although I had no issues with the breakfast, line ups did become very long after 8:30am. Would adivce to warn travels that if hotel is full of possible wait times.
