The pool facility was very nice and opened early. The bathroom was spacious and the room was pleasant.
We ate at the Casino buffet and I found the space very dark, there was no staff working the guest side of the cash, and there was a wait time but nowhere to sit! I enjoyed the food for the most part but I have to say that I wasn't overly impressed with the tidiness of the buffet area. Also, if I wanted to tip the staff it was expected BEFORE I had received any service which seems a bit counter-intuitive.

Big room that was clean.
Help with directions was good.
Lack of food services. Bathroom was not lighted well enough to use successfully in getting ready. Lack of shelving in shower for soap, shampoo etc.
