Very pleasant staff. We received some coupons for Hell's Kitchen by the front desk. Staff at North 45 were all very friendly. Breakfast was delicious but the chopped salad was my favorite!
Faster or bigger elevators. Had to wait in lines to get to room a few times.

The staff was amazing!
Disappointed bar did not open until 5, walked over to Hyatt. Hotel was average, pricey a little. Had a great time though! Thank you!

We had the worst breakfasr room service that I have ever had. Eggs, bacon, hash browns were all cold. The hashbrowns were never heaed all the way through0 so it wasn't that everything was cooked correctly and then cooled in the deliver. That is what happened to the eggs and bacon, but the hash browns were never fully heated. It was gross.
The thermostat was broken. We called maintenance because the room was freezing. he confirmed it was broken but by the time he arrived the room was starting to heat up. He left and the room got way too hot, so we adjusted and it got way too cold, repeat and the number ( temp reading) had nothing to do with the actual temp. I got no sleep. It was horrible.

Close to convention center.
The bathroom was awful. The toilet seat was past needing to be replaced, the sink had cracks in it, the bathtub had a hole in the bottom. There were holes in the wall where they had taken the hairdryer off the wall. The bed was old so we sunk towards the middle. There was NO elevator from the parking garage to the lowest level. We had to carry our stuff up and down stairs. There was no whirlpool & the pool was rather small.

Location was good, the price was right, thanks to you guys friendly staff.
The room was a little worn but i've stayed there before and i'm ok with it. They're trying to improve things.
