I've stayed here many times and always find the rooms to be first rate. I like the fact that there is a small restaurant/bar on the site. Also, the morning breakfast is nice.

The cleanliness of room. I have taken a black light in the last two stays to see if there are any stains on the carpet or bedding and found none. Departure snack, location and staff are always great.

This is the best choice for flying out of San Francisco, especially on an international flight. Convenient to airport with shuttles to and from hotel every half hour. Their park and fly is the best. When I return my car is parked outside my room and shuttle even drops me off at my room. Car and room keys handed to you when you arrive. Shuttle drivers are super helpful and polite. Breakfast starts at 4:00am! The best small quiche-type vegetarian or ham concoctions wrapped individually, so can take them with you. I always choose this hotel -- tried others but this one is the best. Car is parked off site in secure lot while you are gone. Front desk wonderfully helpful.

Our room was just across from our room. The transfer to and from airport were great.
The driver from airport DID NOT wear his seatbelt when leaving the airport
