Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Amenities at other hotels are not worth the extra expense. Will look for Red Roof Inn where ever we go from now on.

The people at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stay here often and have never had a bad experience.

The room that I was given was on the second floor. I am disabled and also had my little dog with me. Getting my luggage up to the second floor and walking my dog would have been difficult, so I asked if i could move to a first floor room with parking at my door.
The staff was very amendable and immediately moved me to a more accessible room on the first floor.
The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was only one problem, but certainly not the hotel's fault. It had rained and the grassy area had just been mowed. So, when I walked my dog, we brought clumps of wet grass and mud into the room on my shoes and his paws.
I had tried to wipe feet and paws as much as possible before entering the room, but there was no way to avoid getting our carpet full of wet grass. I felt badly about leaving the mess on the carpet and tried to pick up as much as I could. Maybe some sort of a door mat outside of first floor rooms?

Staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests.
We requested a king smoking room. The bathroom fan was broken and the refrig did not work. The room was very sparsley furnished and i would consider, suboptimal. Because i neede a working refrig due to dietary needs, we wre switched to a non smoking king. What a huge difference in quality of same class of room. Many more amenities. + discrimination against smokers. I dismiss my spouse about this all the time, but this confirmed it. BTW, he had to fix the refrig in the nonsmoking room himself. I was not moving again! Amazingly, fan worked in nonsmoking room...lol

Thank you for making our stay in Cleveland such a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed the stay at Red Roof Inn. Hopefully next summer we can make the trip again and stay at your Hotel. The staff was very accomodating to anything we asked about. Great Job!!!
I wish the hotel could offer a complimentary breakfast, just to save time in the mornings, rather than having to go to an outside source to eat.

The hotel was an excellent value. Everything was in great condition and the room was quiet and comfortable.
The bathroom had a few hairs on the floor and there was a crumb on the desk. In general the hotel looked clean and well kept, but a bit more attention to detail in the room could help.
