delivered and the employee offered her food to me that's true service, please offer my thanks to her I got there around 4:00 pm on
6/05 It was a young girl I hope you can check the schedule and Thank her.
Love the location , the services, everything in general .I will recommend this hotel.

One of the Reception staff personally arrived at my room with iron. Both gentlemen on reception were very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel.If they can be proffesional and polite then so should the general staff be.
The floors were filthy and obviously hadnt been vacumned or mopped in a long time.
Curtains faulty and iron missing in room.Bathroom and toilet poorly cleaned.Asked one of the laundry room staff in english for assistance and information about using the services only to be treated with hostility and shouting curses in spanish thinking i didnt understand.

Breakfast was a little early. I would suggest to strech it till 10 o'clock in the morning.
