Clean and friendly.
Not a big deal but didn't have enough towels in room and had to ask for more, however staff was responsive and provided them quickly.

The rooms were inside the building. Rooms were large. Staff was very helpful.
Though it was strange that the motel was across from a housing development.

Pool and spa area.
Breakfast staff didn't offer all options as shown on sheet. They only offered orange juice or coffee the first day. I had to complain to manager and give them a sheet showing what options were available for drinks with meals that came with rooms. I was expecting that Courtyard by Mariott would be much better than Hampton Inn, but the Hampton in Visalia was much better, had more options for breakfast and overall was a nicer hotel.
