Facility and grounds were beautiful....majority of staff was very friendly & accomodating. GREAT Atmosphere.
Found the bartender in the piano bar area to be very rude.

A beautiful facility. We loved it and plan to return.
I was unable to get a receipt from the hotel, when we checked out. I did not have any incidental expenses. Since we did not book directly with the hotel, we could not get a receipt.

The piano man, hot tub, food, and the customer service. I stayed in 2 rypes if rooms and found the beds to be comfortable, modern decor, great bathroom and amenities. Both floors were quite. I will stay again and have already recommended it to everyone. It is 5 star all the way. I know Elvis is proud.

Overall a great stay.
The food was marginal at best. Very disappointing for such a beautiful facility. The food needs major improvement. Service is the bar and restaurants was spotty. More attention needed here.

I loved the location, the restaurants and wait staff and the room was nice with a comfortable bed.
The front desk agent was not helpful in check in when I requested a room near another customer because I was his driver, in fact I was given a room in an all together different tower. I also checked out a day early and was told there was no accommodation for early check out. This was unusual.
