This is my favorite hotel in Madison. The waterfront location and proximity to State Street, campus, and the capital can't be beat.

Enjoyed the oyster happy hour and Ben the bar tender

The parking is crazy tunnels and floors was a challenge for us older adults!

Room was nice and large, and hotel staff were friendly. We liked that there was so much to do at the hotel and nearby.

On our second day, we asked the housekeeper for some additional towels and washcloths, but she didn't speak very good English, which was fine, bu she ended up just saying "NO!" to us and walking away. LOL. It wasn't the end of the world, but not what we expected, either. We thought the food in the restaurant was just okay and over-priced.

Loved the room. It was comfortable, plenty big, nice and clean with a lovely bed and beautiful shower. Staff was very accommodating.
