Main reason for choosing The Resort at Longboat Key Club: Reputation
We had a very relaxing time at the Resort, location was great and staff were nice.
There should be a more updated play area for children. The playground was filled with ants and the equipment there were rusty and probably 30 years old. Also we called the personel assistance line to have someone come up to our room and spray the wasp nest on our balcony, we were told someone would come to do so and nobody ever did. Also, the complimentary shampoo and bath gel in the shower was never replaced after complete usage on the first night. Besides that we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this resort to others.
