Convenient access to public transportation
Room needed a face lift. Old curtains. Bathroom was dingy. No place to put suitcase like a suitcase stand.

One of the great things about this hotel is the proximity to the Subway, which allowed us easy travel to an from the city. That was a big concern for us when booking.
We did have some difficulties initially with getting enough towels to our room for the four of us. That was remedied after the first day. Some things did not work well, such as our room keys and the ice machines had no ice on most floors (if there was an ice machine!). The breakfast provided was a nice perk, but the food wasn't all that great and the toaster didn't work properly. All this said, the hotel was there for us for one reason - to sleep. The majority of our time there was spent touring the city, so the hotel was sufficient for our needs.
