No ...people are great there and Restaurant is amazing too...

Location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast

Spacious, quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Minor inconvenience: Cable TV channel selection and ON/OFF using the remote control was very slow.

I liked the location of the hotel and the location of my room. I also liked the size of the room. It was very comfortable.

I feel that your staff could have been a little friendlier. They was no greeting when I left and entered the hotel.

The room was quite large, clean although outdated. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options to choose from however, the restruaunt on property closed during the afternoon.

The air conditioning unit was outdated and inefficent for the size of the room causing the room to remain stuffy and hot.

The hotel was very clean, and staff friendly. The breakfast was an added feature, and it was very good.

The only thing that bothered me was the elevator. It scared me every time I had to take it to the 4th floor. It clanked, and clunked all the way up...

Staff was good to put us in a room away from the noise of the military ball.

We had two different experiences at this hotel. On the second night, after the cruise we stayed in a tower room and the room was clean and lovely, no smoke smell. We enjoyed resting on the bed, using the balcony, etc. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was great both days we were there. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant and thought the food and service to be subpar. We stayed here for their Park and Cruise Package where they would shuttle us to and from the cruise terminal and that service was great. They also had free shuttle service to and from the airport, which I wish I had known about before I booked a prepaid shuttle.

The first night we stayed at this hotel, the night before the cruise, was awful. Our room smelled like stale smoke and the room just felt dirty. We felt like we had to keep our socks on when we walked on the carpet. The drinking glass had stuff on it. It was a gross night and I was embarrassed that I had booked my whole family into the hotel. The ones who had stayed in the tower had no idea what I was talking about.
