Location and style of hotel were wonderful.
We never did figure out the light switches. We'd turn one on and others would go off. We'd turn one off and others would go on. We'd hit one switch and it seemed like it would do something different from the previous time we'd pressed it. After 3 days in the hotel, we were still confused!
Also, we were using the pull out couch and housekeeping never made it back into a couch during cleaning, which would have been nice.

Comfortable bedrooms and helpful staff. Breakfast a bit manic with so many people there at the same time. Would prefer a pot of tea rather than out of a thermos flask.

Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.

It was a really lovely, modern hotel. All the staff were really friendly and they went out of their way to keep our luggage whilst we spent our last day in London.
The only thing we found strange was that the corridors were dark, even during the day. It wouldn't put me off staying but it gave you an odd feeling as you walked towards your room.
