Great location and good price.
Carpets need to be replace. There appeared to be blood stains the carpet in the bathroom area. Also, the wall plug outlets seemed old and loose. Not all the channels on the TV came in clearly, perhaps an internet issue?

Staff extremely helpful!
Hotel showing signs of wear and tear such as sink clogging up and door knob falling off...also, never hire cheap painters when doing fresh up.

While the bed and bedding were very good, all the pillows provided were terrible.

The room was great, very clean with lots of room.
They have a very nice continental breakfast. But I got food poisoning from it. The only thing it could have been, was the hard boiled eggs. I was very sick for two days but I do not hold the Hotel to blame. It was an egg.

The staff were very nice and the room was comfortable and allowed us to relax comfort.
Although it did not have a bar or restaurant they were very close by so in the end it was not a problem

The front desk staff were very welcoming upon check in and explained the local hot spots. Parking was great - right below but they did not mention a cost for parking, I found this out at check out. It was great to be downtown and walking distance to the concert we were seeing. The room was well appointed. Would have been nice to have more than powder for the morning coffee in the room since there was a fridge.
They need to advise you there is a cost for the underground parking when you check in. I would have paid it anyhow but its much nicer to be told up front.
