It was in a great location, good service, clean and comfortable.

Rooms were very well kept the breakfast was well laid out and kept warm

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great!

I was impressed with how quickly I checked in & out. The first day breakfast (Saturday) was very nice, I actually told the people I was visiting that I was impressed and that it was much more selection and better quality than I expected. There was a wonderful lady in a chef's coat and cap who was very pleasant and ensured everything was tidy, refreshed, wiped down etc continually. She greeted us (I had my two yr old daughter with me) "Good Morning!" and when we were done, brought out a warm washcloth for the little hands.

However the second morning's breakfast (Sunday) was the opposite! We were down at the same time (just before 9am) and it truly looked like just the day's before leftovers were put out. Absolutely no new fruit had been put out, the bread selection and amounts were less than a quarter of the day before, the spread bowls (packets of jams, cream cheese, peanut butter etc) were empty, the muffins were not there, there were no scrambled eggs, there was no decaf coffee, only 1 type of juice (instead of the 3 before), the cutlery was not in the nice containers but put on the counter in the dishwasher rack! There was a girl in yoga wear working, (who was banging dishes very loudly and slamming something in the dish room repeatedly) who replied when someone asked her if she was putting more out "NO" very rudely. Said it was almost over (with actually more than an hr left!) There were many more people this morning and we could tell they were really Not Happy. I took my daughter out for breakfast at a restaurant.
