We stay at the novotel liverpool every year as we go to a show at the cavern club, it is wonderfully placed right in the city centre, car park next door with a discount for hotel customers, swimming pool , leisure club , great food and service. we will return again next year.

For the first time in approx 4 stays, we had a very creaky uncomfortable bed, upon checking out we did mention it to the staff but they didnt seem interested, i just hope they did make a note of the room and rectified the situation because i would be really dissapointed if i get that same room next year with the same bed . however that is the only complaint i have.

The room was really clean and the staff were more than helpful and very friendly. My boyfriend proposed at our stay and the staff were more than accommodating and went out of their way to assist him. Great hotel!!
