Very comfortable room. William at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful.

My daughter was taking part in the LR marathon. Hotel was very convenient

The swimming pool on the third floor was in wonderful condition, and it over looked the city.

Well, some of the staff on Saturday and Sunday morning had a hard time problem solving. One of the two elevators was out of service, and the staff when asked to open the door to th staircase which was outside (I thought that was odd) gave me a look and said I'd have to wait she was doing something. Perhaps she was doing something but I saw no evidence of her doing anything but digging in her heels about he request. I don't expect anyone to do something immediately however, it was her attitude of don't bug me which I could sense a mile away. Maybe it was an off day or whatever but I would recommend the place no matter what.

Room was clean and quiet - disappointed there was no fridge and microwave or room safe.

I was supprised at how easy it was to get to.
