Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast with waffles was delicious. The facilities are really lovely.
I mentioned to the staff that this time (we've been there many times in the past), the room carpet needed a thorough shampoo. There was an odour coming from the carpet indicating it needed a thorough shampoo. She was very gracious and noted our concern.

The staff were A1 in my books. I would rebook for that reason alone.
Need more handy cap helps like higher toilets and hand rails. It makes a world of difference for us with limited abilities.
