Excellent service from the front desk personnel-polite and very friendly.
If a breakfast could be included in the price, that would make the stay even more enjoyable.

we didn't have to leave the area.

It was clean and plenty of bathroom towels.
I was disappointed there was no fridge or microwave in the room. The desk told us at checkout we could have requested one. To late.

It was close to where I had to be that day
I stayed in room 601 the mattress should be replaced; it has no support. I could not get the shower to work????

The manager that we dealt with was brilliant (Rose) I believe her name was.
Security was a joke and every room of which we had 6 or 7 had damp carpets, leaking windows, and because I booked through you, I was not allowed local calls and neither would they change my room from a smoking room to a non-smoking room despite me stipulating in the booking. The whole adventure was shit and the hotel is a crap hole.
