Awesome mattress

Shuttle worked great, but was unsure at first how to recognize at airport, had to call hotel a couple of times to find out what door we needed to wait at.

Flooring in main lobby is in dire need of repair and walls were a bit thin,(lots of noise)

Quiet, easily accessible from the highway, had everything that was needed for our work there.

Our room was clean & that is so important to us. The staff were friendly & very helpful.

There was no kettle in the room. We asked when we checked in at about 6pm & were told there was. We called down for a kettle & none arrived by the time we went for supper. We explain at the front desk that as tea drinkers we wanted to boil water not have coffee flavoured water through the coffee maker. We even said we didnt mind picking up a kettle from walmart nearby before we had a wine with supper if a kettle couldn't be provided. That's were our frustration comes in as we were assured we would be found a kettle. After supper with which we had wine & could no longer drive we still at 10pm had no kettle. Normally in 4 hour I would drink 4 to 6 mugs of tea. In the end check in staff took my mug & filled it from hot water tap on the side of the coffee machine in the closed restuarant. (which doesn't make good tea as its not boiled but I appreciated that it wasnt coffee flavoured) We offered to go buy our own kettle at 6pm and that is our frustration that at 10pm after many promises we had to go down to the lobby with a mug. This then had to be repeated at 7am when on a break you don't really want to have to get dressed to go to the lobby with a mug! Other than this we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again - we'll just bring our own kettle next time :-)

Matras was erg goed

The only thing I was not happy about was the staff and service in your dining room , I found thee waitresses to be extremely rude and when asks for something they ignored you and would get upset when asked a second time for something

We got in around 10 pm with 3 tired children. There were 2 staff members at the checkin desk. One of the staff was helping another customer but the 2nd staff member totally ignored us for over 10 minutes. I kept trying to get her attention and ask for help but she kept walking away. After 10 to 15 minutes and new customer came up to her and she helped him right away. I said excuse me, we were here first and we have been waiting patiently to be helped. She made a face and continued to help the new customer. She then turned to us and said she didn't know we needed any help although we were standing at the counter patiently waiting. She was rude and unprofessional. I will not stay at this hotel again!

Free airport shuttle

Early shuttle was too full. Had to take a later one, but did get to the airport on time.
