The reception staff were particular friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Our room was spacious, clean and comfotable. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. Unfortunately due to a football match on the last evening of our 2-night stay, we did not manage to eat in the restaurant which I had hoped to do - no fault of the hotel! Overall a ver enjoyable stay
Being very picky here. At breakfast time there seemed to be a lot of staff about, especially as it was all help-yourself (felt they could be depoloyed elsewhere) and the female staff all seemed to have heels that made a loud clacking noise on the flooring which was a bit annoying. I, personally would have preferred the water in the swimming pool a degree or two warmer.

Decoration Bar restaurant, breakfast
Do not deserve 4 stars. Bedroom window broken, no towels changed, room cleaning means. Safe in the room emits a constant noise. Lift noisy (even at night). All services are charged (no service provided by the hotel and I think especially with bikes that are proposed to go in the city center)

You advertised the hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi - there were none of these available.
You advertised frre wifi in the public areas -this was not available.
I am very dissapointed and would like some of the money refunded

Initially the hotel was very impresive, however I was disappointed the room - hotel stayed two days earlier was cheaper but the rooms were more impressive. The rooms did not live up to the rest of the hotel.
