Main reason for choosing SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Latrobe: Rate
One of the nice things for me is its proximity to St. Vincent College. Then next would be the great food and beverages. We have stayed here the last couple years when we go to training camp for the Steelers and it is so nice after a long day to have everything in one location. This year we had a nice dinner on the patio by the waterfall. Love the layout of the suites! I am never waiting for someone else to finish in the bathroom. Will see you next year.
The only reason why I gave the staff a 7 was the delay in checking out. We were the only ones at the counter and we waited while the clerk got her personal items settled for the day. I totally understand not wanting to leave your purse out on counter so waited while she put it in cabinet. But did not appreciate waiting while she checked her personal cell phone and as I recall plugged it in to be charged. Staff on check in and reservations was great!
