The pool. The big screen tv in the "restaurant"
The smell, the slope in the sidewalk, the staff at the desk (who didn't look up from their screens), the broken AC in the van, the food in the restaurant and the buffet (tasteless eggs, slimy sausage, limp fruit)

Staff was very helpful and kind. Beds were clean and comfortable. So was the towels. Room very spacious.
Casino lobby very smokey. We could not gamble or dine for smoke in such an small area. The room could use a grade on carpet and flat screen television with more channels. The television kept interferring with picture tube and need a mircowave.

Location was quiet and close to the Convention Center.
Smoking still permitted in the lobby. They also charged me an extra $18 as an "energy surcharge" that was unexpected and unexplained.
