Computers were down long wait to check in, after 45 min started checking people in manually. Should have started that alot sooner.

Our room was nice/good beds The Christmas decorations were very beautiful, it's a really pretty casino Even though they were unbelievably busy, the check-in person was gracious and accomodating along with being very nice.
I would have liked to have had a better area to play Keno; it's shoved in with the sports book and isn't a great place to watch the numbers.
The smoke from cigarettes, particularly cigars, was nauseating; it causes headaches and chest pain from breathing it.
