We senior citizens need elevators. At least we should have been warned ahead of time that an elevator was not available. We were lucky that a first floor room was available. My husband uses a walker and can not manage stairs.

Tv was static. the non smoking room smelled like smoke..too loud at night. furniture was broken i got two bruises trying to close the recliner..
