Ambiance was great!
Pillows were really worn out. could not even fluff them. The breakfast was a little short on selection.

Excellent location. Nice setting and facilities. Decent food (when you can get it due to service).
1. Service was terrible. Attempted to order room service repeatedly and never got staff to answer phone or call room back. Reported issue to manager, and never heard back from him either. 2. Shower would go from scalding hot to ice cold repeatedly. When the staff was asked they only response they gave was that the building and plumbing was old. 3. Thin walls made all of the parties that were going on around us perfectly audible.

It was very convenient to the location of our concert. The breakfast was great.
It would be great to add sausage or bacon and waffles to the breakfast menu.

Convenient location.
Repairs need to be made. Have stayed in the same room our last 2 visits and had previously notified front desk of repair needed to the outside door and the repair was not made.

Location was convenient. Staff was nice.
Room had outside access and the door was extremely hard to open. I did report that to the front desk upon check out. The decor was rather outdated and could use some refurbishing.
