Very fair price. Given that hotel was undergoing a total remodel, disruption and mess were minimal. The "extras"--breakfast, wifi, etc.--just make it all the better. I didn't book it through this service, but we stayed at this hotel on the way back. They couldn't give us the type of room we booked because of the remodel so they gave us the room FREE! Outstanding marketing and customer service.
Again, they were in total remodel mode and could not help it, but handled it well. The only downside was the indoor pool. Very hot room with strong chlorine smell kept us from using it.

You need a water softener! Showering is a terrible experience. Note Holiday Inn Express has softened water.
