This hotel is old so I did not expect much. Value is good for the price.

The owners were very polite, and helpful, and we needed some milk at 9pm one night and they were kind enough to give it too us. The pool was very nice.
No railings in the pool to get in and out with was the only thing.

The couple that operated the hotel were very nice even at 10 pm when we arrived accommodated us with a first floor room.
The parking was super for us we had a trailer.
N/A other than it was 110 degrees when we arrived . Tough

Good location. Easy to find. Staff was nice.
Room was HOT when I checked in. Sink wouldn't drain bathtub filled up as I was showering. Toilet ram for 30 minutes after every flush. WiFi was slow and it wasn't busy.

Location was important to us. The manager went out of his way to assist very thoughtful manager.
My wife is handicapped and the first floor room was way to small so with no elevator is was hard for her. we tried to make only two trips up and down daily.

It was quiet
They had no elevator only stairs and the hallways did not have AC they had big fans that just moved hot air around. Overall for the price it was all right. I don't think we would stay at this one again.

It was quiet
I did expect the neighborhood to be more cosy - but I guess you can't blaime the motel for all the building activities around it :-) The person behind the disc werent very friendly when we arrived.
