Main reason for choosing Heat Hotel: Location
I stay at the heat whenever I’m in Lake Havasu. Beds are like clouds sleeping on and always clean. Customer service is excellent, the bar is always open to!!!
Shade over the patio for the suites.

We enjoyed our view. The room went beyond our expectations! The staff were extremely nice! I would highly recommend. I was there for three days and it felt like home!!

The room was beautiful and luxurious! Huge and comfy for sitting. Lighting was off the chart!
The bed made groaning noises, the water wasn't very hot for tub. Some surfaces showed age and damage.

OUR ROOM WITH BALCONY LOOKING OUT ON CO RIVER AND LONDON BRIDGE COULDNT HAVE BEEN NICER. BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, AND IT WAS HANDY TO HAVE WINE AND WINE GLASSES AVAILABLE IN ROOM. ALSO GOOD FOR WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTAURANTS.

Everything was very good at the hotel.
I was not impressed with the front desk staff. Not very friendly or welcoming upon entry into the lobby. I was in and out thru the lobby several times and true to the new American culture, the front desk person was busy on the computer or their personal phones. Little more than a glance and HI from the front desk attendee.

The room was extremely comfortable, just pleasant to hang out in. The tub was FaBuLoUssss! Totally digged feeding the ducks from the balcony! The view ROCKED! One thing I noticed that I think really makes a difference, all the folks that worked there - EVERY one of them - were proud of that hotel. They just beamed when they talked about it - and we talked to several and toured several different rooms (for a future stay!)
Bit loud when you are trying to fall asleep - didn't bother me, spouse was a bit miffed. Why just one 'comfortable' chair in the room? What's UP with the single serve coffee maker?!?!? May be good in a business hotel - not so much in a couples/romantic hotel. You need a coffee maker that makes a minimum of 6 cups of coffee..... Please :) !!
