Main reason for choosing Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines: Reputation
The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, the hotel was immaculate, the food in the dining room was reasonably priced, service was fast and friendly, and you are a stones throw away from Torrey Pines Golf Course enough said. I would recommend to anyone to stay!

Watching the sunset from my room
We were surprised to see there were no refrigerators in the room? We asked the front desk why, and got 2 different answers:
1. Hotel being remodeled in Nov so they took them out
2. To save energy ( different desk person) refrigerators are given on a first come first serve bases and people with medical needs get one first.
We found this odd..but having said that, we LOVED the place!

You can see the Pacific, but you can`t get to it due to the golf course! Disappointing....
