The hotel was fine but when I went to pay they said I would get an email from you to show how much would be charged to my credit card. I want to know when I check out so may not use this method of booking again. And so far I haven't seen the email!!!

Room was comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since the last time I stayed here, the hotel has been refurbished and updated nicely.

It was an older but very nice hotel. Indoor pool, bar. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. And the rates were very reasonable. I will stay again next time I am in town to see my daughter at Truman.

Was there to give tests to ceop adjustes and they let us use their lobby at no charge
The bagels were hard and the pastry was dry.

Lobby was great. Location is good in Kirksville. Close to the University.
I did not like the size of the beds at all. They only had 2 doubles in our room. Doubles are not big enough for 2 adult people. There is plenty of room for queen beds in the rooms.

Our room was booked for 4 adults. They never left enough towels and we had to go to front desk everyday. Very annoying.
