The location couldn't have been any better, not to mention the view!
The carpets in the hallway need a good cleaning or replacing if necessary.

I liked our room. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the pillows were so soft. I also like our view, i know it wasnt the penthouse but it was still beautiful.
I kinda disliked how much the parking was, but i understand its a city and theres not alot of parking areas to have for free. I do kinda wish there was a continental breakfast but again not a big deal. This hotel was excellent and if we're ever back in town, we will be staying here again.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown and very close many restaurants and attractions. All of the rooms also have a lakeview. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean.
The hotel was very expensive considering that overall it is a fairly modest hotel with smaller rooms and no extra features. You are paying for the location but do not expect anything special from this hotel.

The location is perfect. The hotel is bright and cheery. The Staff are terrific. Friendly and polite. The Bar staff were fun.
I returned to the Delta because I had had such a fabulous breakfast there last Feb. (2015). This time breakfast was mediocre.

The location was perfect, we could walk to everything we wanted to do. The wait staff were so friendly and we learned their names and enjoyed visiting with them. We especially liked Dan the bartender and Emily the waitress and Ember the hostess.
We certainly will return to the Delta when we come back.
The food in the Aqua Terra was terrific and we invited my daughter and her husband to come for dinner the last night we were there.
