The physical environment is wonderful but the staff is even more wonderful!!i live in Florida and whenever I have the opportunity to drive from my daughters home in Pa for a vacation in the Blue Ridge area we always stop at your hotel. You are a true example of Southern hospitality!

Peaceful and how professional the entire staff (all levels),
I thought he Barista at the Starbucks was not very friendly and certainly not up to the same level of service of the rest of your staff.

First time at Meadowview for us - very nice
There was an emergency evacuation at 11:30 Thanksgiving night -- turned out to be someone smoking an electric cigarette in a snack room. fortunately it was resolved in a few minutes and the weather outside was mild.
