The staff was friendly and helpful and very responsive to reported issues.
The room was extremely damp but may have been the result of a ground level room facing the ocean. We had an issue with bugs but the staff addressed it and resolved it after we reported it.

The staff were ALL very nice and went out of their way to assist in any way the could. Also, you could tell that they concentrate on cleanliness. Very clean and well maintained.
