It was everything that we wanted in an Ocean Front Hotel for our vacation. Clean rooms, great beach, hot breakfast in the morning. Right in the middle of Kill Devil Hills. Going to book it again for next year.

Staff. Very freindly and helpful. Location, location, location. Beautiful setting right on the beach.
The ramps leading from the lobby to the rooms. Fortunately staff was available to assist during both arrival and departure.

Convient to all we were doing there
Bathroom shelf under sink was filthy. Balcony was dirty with cigerttes butts all over the place
