Location. Helpful staff.
1. Reservation promised full breakfast. When i got there, they said they had just reduced it to continental.
2. Reservation promised free transport from airport. When I called, I got the hotel's voice mail, and they never called back.
3. By far the biggest, most annoying problem, was the fact that the faucets in the bathroom were the kind that do not stay on;you have to hold each faucet on manually, making it impossible to use both hands at once. Also, the rack on which to place your toiletries was much too small.

Very old, lots of history, fun to stay their, right in the heart of the city. Great breakfast provided, great restaurant "Annabell's". Loved our stay there

The staff was really nice and courteous . The cookies were GREAT!
No hot water. Had to take cold shower's the whole time we were there, not pleasant.

The desk staff was really good and very nice.
I didn't know it was so old. We had very heavy luggage that we had to carry up three flights of stairs because there was no elevator. Our luggage was heavy because we were going fishing for six days and we only stayed at the hotel for one night. It would be nice if there staff had someone helping take the luggage up to rooms. I would not stay there again.

Lindsey, the manager, could hardly have been more helpful and accommodating. I liked the complementary transport to ferries and breakfast, luggage holding arrangement, coffee in the lobby, and friendly staff.
