I had a rather bad experience. When I arrived, after a four hour drive, the staff could not find my reservation which I did through your website and which I paid immediately via my American Xpress Credit Card I printed the confirmation of my booking and took that with me. I had to wait a hour in the lounge before they could "find" my booking. I asked for a double bed and paid a higher fee, though the first room they put me in, was two twin beds. I had to go back, wait more and eventually I got my room. That was a really bad experience and I usually book all rooms via the internet and never had a problem. When I checked out, they couldnt give me a receipt,as the booking was not done through the hotel staff. My husband works i Africa and his work pays for our overnight stay! That is in short what I experienced.
