Beautiful new renovated rooms
We arrived at the hotel early and asked if we could have our room before 4 (we needed to change for a wedding) . The person at reception said "all the rooms are filthy"!! We changed in the hotel washroom, as we sure didn't want to use a "filthy" hotel room.

Liked the patio....room was clean and quaint.
Front desk staff were all great!
We were exited to have brunch in the West Coast Grill in the morning, however, our waitress was a disaster! The food was tasty enough....but our coffee was wrong twice, she forgot our orders, twice....and I saw a patron at an adjacent table have to get up and retrieve his own drink from the bar! Not to mention her shirt was filthy...... Too bad, since it looks like a decent place.

Park close by & a lovely walk along the lake.
A bit more care is need in providing items in the room. I had to request a washcloth and we only had decaffeinated coffee the second day.- I did not request another one.
