Very convenient good price and nice room. Quiet

Free shuttle to/from airport; nice, quiet rooms.

Early breakfast as we had an early flight and left at 4:45 AM. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were not very fresh (cases very stained) as were the washcloths.

When I called 3 days earlier to inform them I needed to check in around 1:30pm, was told normal check in was at 3pm but if a room was ready it would be no problem. Got there at 1:30pm, walked in and was told " check in is at 3pm". I told them that I was told if a room was ready I could check in early. I needed to clean up and them drive 1 1/2 hours north and needed to be there by 4pm to set up my equipment for the concert at 5pm. Was told the "maids needed the time between 11am (check out) and 3pm ( check in) to clean the rooms. I asked if there were "any rooms cleaned?" was told no. I have stayed at this motel 3 times in the past 4 weeks and had recommended it to all of my friends. But I will not do that anymore. I was treated bad. They would help me out.

Microtel in KC was a great stay at a great price. While the baseboards have dinged paint, this facility has what is important where it is important. It had a great bed with deluxe bedding; thick, large towels; a clean bathroom; good tv channels; a fairly comprehensive breakfast; a business computer with printer; quick service to the airport; and a generous car park policy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

There are some areas that need cosmetic upgrades--mostly chipped paint and the like, but for under 60 dollars, it was a tremendous stay!

Friendly staff, clean and impressive room for the price. Also love the park and ride program.

Breakfast was ready before we left for the airport at 4am

The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well. It was convenient to KCI & appreciated the parking and shuttle service to and from the hotel.

We thought it was rundown and not as clean as we would have liked. There was paint splattered all over from past painting projects and the floors didn't appear clean either. We wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anyone unfortunately.
