My daughter and I were impressed with the shuttle service. It was very helpful to us since we needed to move in the evening, it was raining, and we didn't know the area. Thanks

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic. Helpful, professional and friendly. I am embarrassed that I do not know their names, but there is a Turkish lady and an african american lady who helped me find a gift for my children, determine a run route, and find a great restaurant.
WIFI Internet access was a bit spotty in my 5th floor room, and in the basement at the bottom of the stairs in front of reception.

Location was great; decor in lobby and related areas was wonderful
Tub was slippery UNTIL wet -- bizarre.
Not much one can do about the pillar in the middle of the room.
Internet reception in 1403 was weak.

Great service and friendly staff.
There must have been an alarm in the early morning hours of Aug. 1 that I did not hear. I did hear the "all clear" announcement at 5:55am. While it is probably a difficult notion to awaken sleeping people, I was a little upset that I did not hear the alarm, because I think it is important to assure everyone actually responds. What if it had been a more serious incident. Thank you for listening to this comment.

I liked how someone was there if you need something but were unobtrusive when you didn't need anything. Great service from everyone in the hotel.
