The staff incredibly polite and welcoming upon checkin. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The villa was great, and exactly like the photographs! Very spacious as well, even the one bedroom.
It seemed there wasn't much beach access at this hotel

Willingness to help transport items from one room to another.
I was promised a 1.5 bath but did not receive it and only found out when I went to the room, not at the check in area and was told 2 different stories of why it happened. Not sure who to believe. Honesty is the best policy.
