The children enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet was good and no charge for the youngest child.

Liked that the dining room remained open til 10pm....so I could eat dinner after a late meeting. Service great, room was very comfortable.

Location next to the ocean with a sand beach and access to booking all kinds of tours. Every one working in the hotel was very nice to me
No control or interest in stopping none residents from taking over the swim pool on weekends. All tables near the pool are used by people not staying at hotel. Whole groups come early to take tables over and more keep coming all day. They come in the front door with own towels and coolers to stay all day.

Believe it or not - we didn't know about the in-room coffee maker or refrigerator until we looked in the cabinet the day we checked out! Would have used both if we'd known they were there.

Location is terrific for walking in downtown Kona. Room was very clean. Included breakfast was typical buffet but very nice. We were quite comfortable.
Our room windows overlooked an immediately adjacent rooftop, across which we looked into the rooms of the other tower. We kept our blinds closed for privacy at all times. But then, we were only there for a transition night for us so it didn't really matter. If we'd been there longer, I would have tried to get a different room.
