When I got off the elevator to go to my room I could smell cigarette smoke everywhere even though all the rooms had no smoking on the doors.

Friendliness of the Togo shuttle driver from the ferry terminal to the motel. Breakfast was good.

Location to the Ferry. Restaurants and groceries etc. within walking distance.

Upon arrival after midnight, we were assigned a room that was not cleaned. We found this out the next morning by seeing a very unclean toilet (pubic hair all over), long hair on bathroom floor, sheets that were not changed, birth control in a drawer, no ice bucket, and carpet was not vacuumed. Directions to hotel were very bad. McDonalds was not open at this time of morning and the Super 8 sign is very small. We could not find the street name on any of our maps or GPS. We finally asked a policeman for directions. As we arrived, another person from the ferry had the same problem we did. He also was very upset because he rode all the way into the Juneau. We did complain to the manager the next day and were given another room which we were pleased with.

Your pet policy is excellent. So is your limo service ... best I've ever encountered.

Breakfasts are a bit weak.

Staff I dealt with....van drivers and front desk....were exceptionally friendly, courteous and efficient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The bed was to hard. Didn't sleep well.

Great front desk staff -helpful-courteous-and they covered my ride to the ferry since the shuttle was busy taking other travelers to the airport. Way to step up !!
