The breakfast buffet was very nice.

The floor tiles were cracked and dirty. The tiles in the shower enclosure had thick sloppy caulking with mildew growing. The hotel is in need of a major renovation.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. However, the pool was unavailable since it was being refurbished. Waste of money.

The staff was friendly and accomodating.

The room could have been cleaner. We had to ask for soap. There were dirty socks under our heater from a former occupant.

Good Location.Friendly Staff.

Dirty Rooms and Common Areas. Old and Outdated Building. I've Stayed at Other Baymont Inn & Suites and was Very Disappointed. I would not stay at this Hotel again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean but it smell like smoke when you walk into the room.

The refrigerator did not work, it smelled like smoke the whole time in our room when it was a no smoking room, the air/heat did not work very well in our room, and we were staying for two night but after the first night our room key was deactivated so we had to go to the front desk to get it activated again to get into our room.
