Service to check in was horrible, had about thirty people in line and one person checking in. person checking in vip would not check anyone in when no one at his window, just stood there and watched the long wait. check in took 45 minutes in line, would have left if not already paid in advance

Room was very clean.

Denny s' coffee shop, terrible coffee, bad service.

Staff was great.

Nothing attributable to the hotel, rooms were noisy.

Not much. There was a face cloth from the previous people left in the shower, and a drink glass behind the tv. The room was old and in need of upgrading and I will not stay at BB again. Also the sink was extremely so in draining.

It was clean, comfortable and the people were friendly.

Denny's restaurant was the worst service, worst food that I have ever experienced. I will never stop in at that Denny's again and I will tell others about our experience there. They were busy, however, that is no excuse for the poor service and long waiting time for food that was not good at all. It is hard to mess up a breakfast like they did and the waiter could have care less about our order being incorrect.

Price

The tv's are terrible, all channels had snow. Staff 2 women seemed bothered when i checked in there was no one else but me to check in. it seemed more important to them to do what they were doing they didnt even say "be with you in moment".

Had to wait over 45 min to register when we already had an online reservation. While waiting, one of the two clerks appeared to have gone on break for about 10-15 min. while the line of approx. 20 people waited. After receiving our room key and taking our things to the room, we expected to eat at one of the "many" restaurants in the hotel. The buffet was closed, Denny's had about 10 guests waiting to pay while two of us waited for seating. After a generous wait, we left to look elsewhere. Panda Express was open with only one customer ahead of us. The server gave no notice to us and was taking her time. As it was our turn, someone nudged us aside and slipped in front. We left the casino to find dinner elsewhere and the sour taste is still with us. The floors were dirty and the elevator floor was sticky. Ceiling panels were out in the hallways with pipes exposed. Hotel service and appearance were not good.
