The staff was quite responsive to my complaints, and in general it was a comfortable stay.
When I looked at the duvet cover, I saw that it was dirty and I was quite put off. I wasn't even sure that they had changed the sheets altogether. I went over to the front desk, and they called housekeeping and within the hour both beds were remade with clean sheets.

Concierges were wonderful. Gave us great advice for tours. Treated the child so well. Made our trip beginning so great. I highly recommend you to all my friends.
