We were in a hurricane evacuation and the staff was very helpful, very patient, very welcoming and accommodating in spite of their own lives disruption by the storm. I can't think of anything they should have done to make our stay better.
The A/C was problematic. Only the fan with outside air was on when we checked in. In that low pressure condition the room was incredibly damp and never dried out. As result it was always either too cold with the AC on or too hot and humid when we lost power.
Also, the comforter/duvet in our section of the country isn't suitable. In order for it not to be too hot, the AC has to be too cold. Hilton wide, your designers ought to rethink that approach.

Liked the location, price and little conveniences like the one cup coffee brewing machine located in the room and the relatively low noise of the A/C. Overall, it was a good value!
The hair dryer in our room didn't work. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk on our way out, he appeared to have a lackadaisical attitude toward the matter.

The over-all stay was wonderful, staff friendly and most helpful.
Was surprised at cost for it to be a early week night[Monday]. Generally prices go up on weekends [Friday & Saturday]. But I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend this hotel to everyone.

Handy from I-10 and restaurants
The pillows are too high. I had difficulty falling asleep.
There are no closing curtains in the Bedrooms. A light outside kept the room bright all night.

Hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was very spacious and bed was the most comfortable we have had in a hotel. The shuttle to the airport was excellent as well. Thank you
