Clean and comfortable room. Complementry breakfast. Reasonable price.

There was an odd smell in the hallway and the carpets could use cleaning around the elevator as well.

Convenience to airport with shuttle. The desk clerk recommended the restaurant next door that was very good. It suited our needs.

No fruit or yogurt in the breakfast buffet. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. We ordered dessert to go that took a very long time. The bathtub was not clean looking. The spa needed maintenance.

We liked having our room by the falls.

I feel like the hotel needs to upgrade many things within the hotel itself and also each room needs updates and repairs also.

The room was clean, nice and comfortable. it was large and spctious. the price was fair.

On fri and sat night, the lounge becomes a loud and throbing night club. the music was so loud it was uncomfortable and distracting in the lobby when i checked in. one of the front desk girls was just that, a girl of high school maturity who seemed more interested in socializing with the cute boys than helping customers. the other desk clerk was mature and professional. she had to prompt the reluctant girl to help me who then was pleasant but seemed a little put out at having to do her job. the next night, saturday there was different staff but the same mix with the same results occured. the room was clean but needed some minor but obvious repair. there were water stains on the ceiling, mold in the tub and a door plate which fell off in the bathroom when we closed the door. the rest of the room was wonderful, clean and spacious. i showed the door plate to housekeeping but nothing was done to repair it. the breakfast was good but understaffed. they kept running out of food and we had to ask and then wait for more. the minimal selection of french toast, spiced potatos, muffins, sausage, and biscuts and gravy (although good quality and tasty) was repetitive and lacking in variety. the quasi restraunt style of seating ones self but having beverages served was a nice touch but the "hosteses" were inattentive and never offered to refill drinks. i still left a tip because of their friendliness.

The hotel room did smell like smoke. Thanks for a good stay

Great location, easy access to I15 and Hwy 20 to Yellowstone. Breakfast buffet was much better than most. Hotel room was nice and clean.

There was a wedding going on in the restaurant the day we checked in so only the bar area was open for hotel guests to eat. The next morning the parking lot was trashed and there were many areas of vomit. I assume this was from the wedding goers and it probably doesn't look like that every morning but it was still pretty disgusting.

Good location. Free airport transport.

There was banging all night as if someone was kicking the walls. Also could hear anyone walking on floor above us. Staff seemed unconcerned about this complaint. Also, staff did not know where luggage carts were at the time and made no effort to find one when we asked for assistance.

Common areas are badly worn and unrepaired, and dirty in some places. Parking lot has potholes and needs sweeping. Room itself was a 7.5 on a ten point scale. Too bad, as this Shilo used to be tip top back in the late 80's.

The staff was fabulous--very helpful and accomodating. They addressed issues very quickly. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

The entire building is a little shabby and badly needs to be updated and renovated. The guest rooms were much nicer than the rest of the hotel. In particular, the elevators and laundry facilities were filthy! The elevators slow and sounded like they were ready to break down any minute. On a few occassions, we opted to take four flights of stairs.

The room was nice and clean and loved the falls out the back.

The hotel itself seems to be redown and hot tub not very clean.
