My first impression was not pleasant, however the associates totally made up for it when they changed my room. Upon check in, the persons breakfast from before me was outside my door. (and no it wasn't from someone else because I was in a corner room with no other doors around me) When i checked into the room, it was so dirty - and when I say dirty, I mean sticky. Fresh coffee/hot chocolate stains on the carpet that carried over to the tile floor. The bathroom, also very dirty with hair on the sink and a "weird" substance all over the glass doors leading to the bathroom. The room I was transferred to was very clean, however I would recommend that when guests stay more than 1 or 2 nights - housekeeping changes the sheets, that would have been nice.

No early check in. A huge line up at 4pm of everyone checking in at once. Not cool

Everything! Felt like we were in a tropical resort somewhere. This place is simply glorious and will certainly get more of my patronage in the future. Massive props!
