Convenience, parking, friendly staff---I attended a meeting at the large hotel nearby, but I like the easy style at Best Western.

I liked the variety of the hot breakfast. Rooms was clean and comfortable. I even left a tip for housekeepers, but they didn't take it. (I left it again when we ended our stay).
It was a bit difficult to regulate the temperature. (There was an elderly person in the room which didn't help)

Close to Hobby
Bad neighborhood a truck was on blocks in the parking lot with all of its tires missing. I believe the late model Chevy was a customers.

The staff was friendly and the guest room reasonably clean. The breakfast was of high quality.
The room heater didn't work. We reported it to the front desk but the maintenance wasn't avilable. The weather wasn't cold and bad enough to make a serious complaint about it. However, we wouldn't recommend the hotel for mid winter stays.
